Feriha Home Decor Replacement Policy
All the products sold on Feriha Home Decor are brand new and 100% genuine. Feriha Home’s Return policy covers the Buyers against ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’, and ‘Completely different’ products.
Most items purchased from sellers listed on Feriha Home Decor are exchangeable within the return policy, except those explicitly marked as non-returnable.
Buyers can raise a request for replacement/exchange within 2 days of the return guarantee period post order delivery of the product. We do not have any cancellation policies once you place the order.
General Replacement Policy
A product is returnable within the applicable return period in the following cases:
Product opening video is mandatory to apply for any replacement.
If you’ve received it in a condition that is physically broken.
If it has missing elements or accessories.
If it is defective or completely different from its description on the product detail page on Feriha Home Decor.
Fake Product.
Miss-shipped products.
Replacements are processed solely if:
It is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession.
The product is not different from what was shipped to you.
The product is returned in original brand-new condition.
Product opening video is mandatory to share to apply for the return process.
Products might not be eligible for exchange in some cases, including:
Incorrect model or color of product ordered.
Incorrect product ordered.
Product ordered by mistake.
Ordered somewhere else.
Minor transit damages.
Buyer denied receiving the product.
Electronics machinery not working.
Mirror breakage (₹200 amount will be refunded in this case for repairing the mirror).
No return/refund/replacement for imported items.
No return/refund for customized orders in cases of delays or dislikes.
Buyers can return the damaged product by themselves if the location does not fall under Feriha Home Decor’s logistic coverage. In cases where we accept exchange requests but the client did not share a proper opening video, the client must bear the return logistics. Please contact customer support before dispatching the product.
Return verification and authorization will be managed by Feriha Home Decor for all kinds of exchange requests. Product opening video is mandatory to share for exchange authorization.
Note: These are handcrafted products, and there might be slight differences in the product from the reference picture. Kindly ask for actual pictures before ordering anything. If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 2 days from the delivery of the product for replacement or rectification.
